By signing the attached contract, I certify that I have read the general terms and conditions of rental.
- Booking a hire implies acceptance of all of our conditions.
- Tenants will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and make good use of it, according to the destination of the place, where calm and serenity still have a sense
- Taking possession of the gîte: after 4pm and return by 9:30am.
- No arrivals after 21:30 and no departure before 7:00 am, unless prior agreement
- For weekends, arrivals in the early afternoon and departure before twelve.
- Pets: 10€/night - 50€/week. They will be kept on a lead in all common areas and never alone in the gîtes.
- Owners are responsible for their animals and their disregard preserving the tranquility of all.
- Private pool (13x5m) shared with the lodgings, secure but not supervised, with exclusive access for the tenants. Balloons, inflatable mattresses and other annoying tranquility objects are prohibited.
- Heated from beginning of april till the end of september (if weather permitting)
- Includes: water, electricity and gas (for normal use).
- Heating: wood and electic heating are included from november till march included.
- Participation of 5€/day for “extra heating” if desired outside this period.
- Washing machine: a laundry is available at Le Mas.
- Free of one washing per week of rental and 3€ of participation for the followings.
- Tourist taxes to be paid on site.
- Internet: Free WIFI access.
- Deposit: 300 € in cash to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned on the day of your departure for any accommodation returned in good condition, clean and without breakage.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit paiement of 30% (rounded to nearest €).
- The balance must be made at least 30 days before arrival
- The client who has not paid the paiement by the agreed date is considered as having canceled his stay (unless otherwise specified in the special conditions) without it benefiting from such cancellation.
- For bookings made less than one month before the start of the holiday, full payment is required at booking.
- By return of contract, we send you a receipt corresponding to the amount of the deposit paid as well as the confirmation of your reservation.
- All rentals are personal and can not in any case be assigned or sublet.
- In the absence of a written message from the tenant that had to postpone his arrival, renting becomes available 24 hours after the arrival of the lease. ((Voicemail and SMS messages are not valid).
- Cancellation policy: you will not be refunded the following amounts depending on when the cancellation is made.
- An amount equal to 30% of the full cost of the stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
- An amount equal to the total stay if you cancel less than 30 days before the date of arrival, or if you do not show on that date.
- No reduction will be made in the case of late arrival or early departure.
- The number of residents cannot be changed to exceed the number indicated in the contract.
- It is not possible to receive your friends, whatever the duration. As you have understood, we want to keep the calm and tranquility of the place, the main motivation of our residents.
- The tenant is obliged to ensure the lodging entrusted to him. He must therefore verify if his main contract foresees the extension of the holiday rental. In the contrary hypothesis, he must take the necessary steps to validate this point.
- Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code provides for the use of a consumer mediator.
- Place of jurisdiction : We offer in all cases to settle disputes amicably. If this was not the case, only the court of Aubenas (07) has jurisdiction.
